Who do these changes affect?

These rate changes will affect anyone enrolled in an individual health insurance plan. Now that the 2025 health insurance rates have been posted, it’s important to visit the Division website to review your coverage options and prepare for open enrollment.

Open enrollment begins November 1 and ends January 15. Be sure to check whether your current plan’s rates or coverage will change in the upcoming year to ensure it still fulfills you and your family’s needs.

The Nevada Division of Insurance is currently seeking feedback on the proposed 2025 health insurance rates. You can view the proposed rate changes and leave your comments on the Division website. Final approved rates will be accepted and published on October 1, 2024.
