The Northern Nevada Human Resources Association picks the Best Places to Work in Northern Nevada each year. We are excited to announce that Heath Benefits Associates placed 3rd in our category of Micro Businesses! What makes a best place to work?
Every year, the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association (NNHRA) sends surveys to the thousands of employees in the Northern Nevada region. These surveys ask important questions to evaluate the quality of each employee’s workplace, including:
- Overall employee happiness
- Workplace culture
- Work/life balance
- Whether needs are being met
- Compensation
- Benefits packages
These surveys are entirely optional and confidential to ensure honesty. Once returned, the NNHRA compares the survey results to determine the best places to work for the year. There are four categories based on company size: large, medium, small, and micro.
HBA named one of NNHRA Best Places to Work award for the fourth year in a row
This year marks the 18th annual Northern Nevada Human Resources Association Best Places to Work competition, and Health Benefits Associates earned third place in the micro business category (10-25 employees). We’re excited to be named one of Northern Nevada’s 2023 Best Places to Work for the fourth year in a row!
