Anthem and Dignity Heath contract negotiations
On July 25, 2025, Dignity Health and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield announced that they reached an agreement on a new multi-year contract to ensure in-network access to Dignity facilities to Anthem members.
According to Katherine Vergos, President of Dignity Health’s Nevada Market, “We are committed to providing all patients with access to high-quality medical care. Our ongoing partnership with Anthem Blue Cross Blue and Blue Shield ensures Anthem members will continue to receive that access, allowing them to receive health care from the trusted Dignity Health providers they rely on.”
Ike Murphy, President of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Commercial Health Plans in Nevada, reiterated the message: “This agreement provides stability and certainty for our members and customers and allows us to deepen our long-term relationship and collaborative efforts with Dignity to ensure continued access to high-quality, affordable care.”
The new agreement between Anthem and Dignity Health applies to all Anthem members enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, Individual, and employer-based health plans.
