What is the Nevada Builders Alliance?

The Nevada Builders Alliance is the largest state-wide professional organization. They work with building and construction businesses to foster workforce development, advocacy, and networking to help their members build a better Nevada.

As a part of their business development and support efforts, the Nevada Builders Alliance works with Prominence Health Plans to offer association health plans for construction and building employers in various sectors. These plans have been designed exclusively to fit the needs of construction and building businesses and their employees.

What are Association Health Plans?

Offering health insurance for employees is expensive. And often times, smaller businesses don’t have the purchasing power to offer their employees the best of the best when it comes to health plans.

With an Association Health Plan, smaller businesses with 2-50 employees can come together to purchase health insurance for their employees under one plan. Because of the increased purchasing power of multiple businesses, they can negotiate much better terms for their employees, including better benefits and lower premiums.

Prominence Nevada Builders Alliance health plans are association health plans organized by the Nevada Builders Alliance for construction and building companies.
