When people hear the word ‘Broker’, they usually think of the Wolf of Wall Street or expensive fees. Fortunately, our brokers are neither. Step 1: Qualify For Medicare
Before we can provide Medicare help in Nevada, you need to qualify for Medicare. There are many ways to qualify for Medicare. In general, you need to be enrolled in both Part A and Part B of Medicare to get a private Medicare plan. A common myth of Medicare is that you need to be 65 to qualify. This is incorrect. People with certain disabilities can qualify for Medicare before the age of 65. To see if you qualify for Medicare Part A and Part B, we recommend contacting the Social Security Administration. Step 2: Contact Us
Now that you have enrolled in Part A and Part B of Medicare, we can provide Medicare help in Nevada! There are two main options for private Medicare plans:
- Medicare Supplement Plans (also known as Medigap)
- Medicare Advantage Plans (also known as Part C)
If you choose to enroll in a Medicare Supplement plan, you will most likely need a standalone Part D drug plan. Shopping for these different plans can be difficult on your own. To find the right plan for your needs, please have the following information ready before contacting us:
- A list of your preferred doctors, facilities, and pharmacies.
- A list of the names and dosages of your current prescriptions.
- A copy of your Medicare card.
